City Care walkers. Walking for Health.
This is a new venture for us headed up by two volunteers.
At the moment we walk (and natter) once a week on Friday mornings for one hour ending up at Expressions community morning.
Our routes are diverse – canal-side river circle, crossing town centre or other routes back to church for coffee.
As well as being healthy for you, walking is a great time to build relationships and make friends.
We have members who have joined because of being in other Citycare groups proving that Citycare is a network of interconnecting pathways for transformation.
